Is root canal treatment covered by my dental insurance?
Dr. Dayani’s office works with a number of dental benefit plans; We file insurance claims with almost all insurance plans.
We are a preferred provider with Cigna PPO, Guardian
Managed DentalGuard, Aetna DMO, DeltaCare, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia, & Unicare.
We are a non-participating provider for all other plans not listed above, which means we still do accept "assignment of benefit" from most plans when available.
If insurance plans are confusing, feel free to call us! A member of staff will be happy to explain your benefits to you. We will try our best to maximize the benefits that you are eligible for.
Patient financing plans are also available through healthcare financing plans.
